Author, I finally managed to understand the technique but how could you draw THREE letters????
With the camera on its tripod and the 30 second exposure running I used an led torch that I have to draw the letters, turning it on when I wanted to draw and turning it off again in between letters.
I'll get a tripod myself sooner or later.
