excellent effort. what prog did you use for it, how many images, and what settings for them...... I am interested, as it is different to most of the entries here, in that it is sort of high key
looks like a regular b/w but brightened up and filtered through posterize in PS.
@ xsingthesorrowo............. be careful how you word your comments...... this could be construed as an accusation!
One color image converted to B/W and HDR toning. toning accented brigh sunlight and shadows from high noon lighting.
Although I thought HDR could also be created with one good image, I've submitted a new version that put three different exposures of the same black and white via PS HDR. I hope it's better.
what is the big 'smudge' above and left of the car
Just the sky that appeared that way when it went thru the HDR process. I didn't want to do any individual adjustment that's not allowed. Any suggestions.
@mod, apparently you don't review all comments then because I have been "accused" for things many of times then. Not to mention all the people crying and flagging because they don't want to lose.
Ade - I uploaded another attempt by revising the exposures of the three B/W's used in the HDR conversion. The smudge apparently was created from the darker exposed image. This was a beautiful photo and i thought this would be a good entry. I'm just trying.
I wasn't knocking your effort, just asking what it was. I am no hdr expert, in fact, I am not even really a fan, but I just like to ask these questions in order to find out what happens in the process, and how it is cured.....
I know your intent. You have always been one of the most positive and helpful members that make these contests work. I appreciate your comments.
IMO, just a little bright.
This would have been better without the car on the right, but otherwise it's a very nice picture.
