I know, this is not the typical fireworks shot, that makes you go "Oooh!" and "Aaaah!", but I like how it turned out and how it looks a bit like a macro of two feathers.
And this shot happened actually, as I was trying to handle my husbands complicated camera, while I didn't feel my fingers anymore, because they were frozen due to the lack of a tripod ;) (5 years and 3341 days ago)

Allow me to say that you are wrong.
This is not only different from all the other entry's but it shows great creativity & photographers "out of the box" look / eye.
Even if you shoot it like this or crop it like this it's still a different take of the theme!!!
Extra points,from me at least for seeing it the way others didn't.

I Love it...very creative shot.
Looks cool. Might consider rotating 90 degrees counterclockwise sometime and see how it looks - might looks like they're "dripping."
