100% i can guarantee it's a picture (if you want I can prove it to you). I only used Picasa to darken the shadows, threads and to crop the picture.

Ivan, how can you not figure this out? It's soooo obvious, the author is flying an airplane on the moon.

For the background i used my tv.

This doesn't looked chopped to me. Just took the shot in front of a background.
