A beautiful photograph, but could you tell us a little about what kind of herbs they are.
I'll do my best...
Red Berries - Chinese Wolfberries, they are benificial to the liver and your eyes
Dried Roots - Condonopsis root, they have many tonic uses
Fungus in the left side - Black Fungus (Auricularia polytricha), known for improving circulation
Dried Peel in the middle - Dried Tangerine Peel, they are actually just tangerine peels dried in the sun. They aid in digestion and soothes the stomach.

As for anything else in the photo, I am not sure...
Fabulous shot though IMO it is a bit dark. Of course I see this is what you were going for, I would just like to see a little more of the herbs. Great job overall author!
