Where is this located, and what victory is it supposed to commemorate? The car on the left is distracting. You could crop this in closer, eliminating the car and a lot of the empty sky above the memorial, and have a stronger image, IMO.
nice monument, but I agree with MossyB, crop it a lot closer.
