You better read all the description.
It's nice capture. Probably, by using slower shutter speed to create smoother water flow as well as wider angle lens or moving backward a bit more could take the whole waterfall shape
I really didn't understand the description--a) not all water is blue.... and b) you can't take a photo in B&W mode (as it says) and then make the water fall blue unless you use photoshop techniques
it's basiclly talking about selective coloring which is ok in photo contests at times when specified. Though they did not say it exactly as usual "selective coloring ok" that is what is implied.
