That is a really cool looking building, but I can't help but wonder why places think their Opera houses need to be so avante garde. It's not like opera is thought of as cutting edge. Modern Art, maybe. But opera? *shrug*
Excellent photo and angle of the shot. I thought it a Photoshop manipulation, and thought, "What the ???" and then saw it was for the Photography contest...Very well done!
Unique! Well done author. And, kyri, you can't be more right. One would expect opera houses to look old fashioned. Since opera is a form of art from the past, then why should it go hand in hand with modernity?
