WHY!? OH my mouth is watering now!!!! This is my favorite! And I love it the way you make it too, just the way my mom used to---no bake.
This is good but I'm wondering if the lighting could have been just a tad different? Maybe some type of fill light so there isn't a shadow on the front side of the cheesecake?
Totally agree withk5683 about the lighting. Perhaps also cut back on the yellow.
I realize you can't retake this (unless you make another one for me but I would try to do what friiskiwi said and bring down the yellows and possibly bring up a tad bit of the blues; it may help make the shadow not so noticeable.
Great input, thank you. I will have to play with the lighting. When I make this again I will definitely do another shot working on the lighting. Again thanks for the great advice.
Cheesecake is such a wonderfully decadent treat. You've made this look yummy and elegant. The recipe looks pretty good, too. MUCH less work and a fluffier result than old-fashioned, baked cheesecake.
Howdie stranger!
