I don't think you are far enough away from the rose.
I didn't get out a measuring tape, but it looked about 3 feet. Taken at f32
i agree with "friiskiwi" and btw you don't need to get a tape to measure the distance .. it's only 1m .. if you are away from the flower 1m, then i guess the flower is giant
