A bit too much of a color cast, it has a hard green tint overlying the wonderful natural color of the squash, but the photo itself, sans the plasticy, artificial color is wonderful!

I've made adjustments as suggested, although it doesn't seem to appear the same here as it does on my CS3. I'll work on it when i get home.
Edit: Went back into camera RAW and adjusted some more, especially warming the warm colors. Hope it looks better.
