I took this shot in the studio. Three lights... 2 facing the white backdrop and one bouncing light off of the ceiling to the tank. I had a wireless remote and then it was just a matter of getting the timing right when I dropped the pepper.
Love the contrast between the main object and the background colour as well as the high speed capturing to freeze the movement
