Too much empty space, author. Why don't you crop it a little. It would definitely look better
i would cut off a large part of the bottom to make the focus more on the ob

IMO, too much empty space.
The excessive space on the bottom really destroys the overall composition, and detracts from your focal point, the jewelry, which is in beautiful focus. I'd crop it, as others have suggested.
I gave this a lil lower score then what it could get just because it could imho use a lot of cropping to bring the attention to the pin... the lighting on the pin is wonderful and the shine on it is great. well done.
