IMO, if I hadn't read the description, the "struggle" isn't very apparent here. The girl even looks somewhat serene and calm.
Except for the fact that she's clutching her throat and trying to swallow, but other than that, yes, I would have to agree. As for the gentleman in the back, he was next!
