Nice shot, but can we selectively color like that if the theme doesn't call for it?
I think yes, I saw other entries like this in previous contests. The desaturation (exept red) has been made on the whole image.
Quite right, you can desaturate individual channels, which is quite different from desaturating selected parts of the image.
