I think this is a great concept and the lighting is good. However, he doesn't look too menacing. If he was looking straight at the camera, maybe. Also, the droopy plaid pajamas and jacket just don't go along with a threatening feel. He just looks like a nice guy going upstairs with a knife.
Well... he is a really nice guy... but... THEY are the ones you least expect the horror from!!! MUHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!
