looks very tasty
It was and healthy too, but too expensive to be eaten on a regular basis
Initially this looks very pretty, but you have lost the detail in the salmon, and that beautiful bubbly stuff, looks very much like foaming butter.
Yea, I agree on the salmon detail, the dangers of using a compact camera. About that foam, it's actually some kind of sauce whipped up with truffle. Not sure if butter was used. Surely a little bit of butter won't kill you?
Over all no deep-frying, no fatty meat, no mountains of carbo around. That's good enough for me 
The lighting kind of confuses a bit, blending into the color of the food, so loses appeal somewhat because of that. Looks tasty though. Good luck
