Although it wasn't stated, the idea of this contest was main meals.
It could just as easily be a complete breakfast. Unless you are specifically looking for lunch, dinner or a very traditional eggs and bacon type breakfast (which probably isn't healthy). The image for me is a complete breakfast meal when I'm done with my AM workout, with a cup of coffee (but i left that out since it's not healthy). If this isn't sufficient, I will of course remove it. However in that case a wide array of entries could be classified as side dishes or simply healthy ( or semi-healthy) ingredients just placed on a plate.

Ah shame about the on or off topic confusion. Personally I think this is a lot better thought out than some others. Hope the voters agree. Nice photo - your use of DOF is effective. Well done
