Looks more like Ti Chi (spelling?) than yoga
Could be correct.
It's definitely Tai Chi. However, one could argue, philosophically, that Tai Chi is the "moving" counterpart of Yoga's static poses? I'm, of course, here talking about "hatha Yoga" only, in case someone wants to get technical about it
I should've waited for a Tai Chi contest. Her smile captured me. Thanks for your thought.
