Love the photo, but not sure I would consider it a photo of the inside of te building.
True I did think the same, and was in two minds about it... however I took the decision that it's not been taken outside... and is a view from inside the building, and nowhere in the description does it say that you need only take photos of doorways, steps and halls so I just went with it and submitted a more creative POV. But you're right, it is borderline!?...
I guess it does say room?!.... well I don't mind if it gets taken down
it's the first time entering a photography contest so I'm open to the possibility 
Don't get discouraged if it does get taken down. I'm not the Mod for this contest. Either way, it's a great photo and I look forward to seeing more from you. When I started here I had photos taken down every week, now only occasionally. It is important to read the whole goal very carefully.

Wow! That's really neat! At first I thought that it was a collage or something!
For sure do not become discouraged. It is a beautiful image well done. Continue to photograph, be creative and enter contests. Do remember however that themes and rules are important but at the same time it is only a photograph in the eyes of others and it may not always be viewed with the same emotion you put into it. Keep up the good work and always learn from each experience.
