Why do the raindrops look like bubbles?
I'm not sure. I'm not sure why they seem to have a blur trail in both directions either... I took the pic the summer of 2012 and from what I remember, it was near the end of the storm. The 'drops' could be the last of the rain, straggling hailstones, or even big drips coming from the unseen eaves draining above... Whatever made the odd 'bubbles' came right from the camera that way.
It looks like snow on the road!
