Nice picture, but to stay more on theme I would have crop out the left and the low parts with the roofs.
Where is it ?
Can't forbidden planets have roofs....?
Forbidden planets wouldn't have roofs because they would be forbidden. Seriously, the roofs do take away from the otherworldly mood of the shot.
Besea is right ! It's not only about the fact the the planet can or not have roofs. It's question of composition. The roofs take away the attention of the viewer and makes him quit your picture.
Well, fair enough. I thought they added to the image, but clearly I'm alone in thinking that. Thanks for your comments.
Personally I would crop the white roof at the bottom and the bit of building on the right to give it a more out of this world feeling.
