I assume you didn't get a Photography Disclaimer?
I don't know where you are from but where I am from its perfectly legal to take photos of people in public places. This was taken at a public park and no release/disclaimer is required. It would probably go under the genre of street photography.
same in the Netherlands.
LOL, it was asked in jest because the couple were asleep and would you want to wake them and say, "pardon me, would you mind signing this four page Disclaimer?"
