Regular consumption of bluefish is recommended today for its nutritional properties, and especially in people at risk of cardiovascular disease or thrombosis. As it is known, the Bluefish differs from white by its high fat content (10% of fat, compared with 2% of Whitefish) but the essential feature of the blue fish is more qualitative, it is its type, predominantly unsaturated fat, which favors the prevention and treatment of health problems such as those mentioned above. All those eyes looking at me!! How could I exchange my health for theirs without feeling guilty?
it is very difficult to eliminate the animals from our plates ... I have long since ceased to eating mammals .. (calves lambs rabbits ..) lobsters, I try to buy only free range eggs ... But for now I can not eliminate even the fish from my diet ...or the cheese ( and especially for this I fell very guilty) We live in a unnatural world...
I did not mean to make you feel guilty. Just joking really. I confess to eating all kinds of meat but it is not usually looking at me, so it is easier to forget the destructive side of eating.
Nice set-up are you going to eat them raw?
Howdie stranger!
