A display or do they really still shine shoes?
Not a display. This particular "Shine Parlor" had closed shop. As for shines in general, yes, they really still shine shoes. Our International Airport has a shine stand, as well as most of the Branded downtown hotels in my hometown. And I will, on occasion, sit down to have my own shoes "pampered".
