To my eyes it's a bit overcooked and too much wheel and not enough logo. Cropping is an artistic tool and I do feel that with a tighter crop this image would be much stronger.
This is all subjective but to me, a tighter crop would have excluded important elements of story conveyance. The processing is a bit extreme but so is the subject.
