What, nobody is on their cellphone? What century was this taken and where - Toronto? Just curious as this could be my old home town.
Toronto indeed,you can read it on the "no vending except by city permit" sign. Maybe it was on the No Cellphone Day. Maybe some people are hiding, texting or giving phone calls, behind the pillars. I suspect the walking backpacker, and they could be 3 or 4 behind the big concrete thingy.
