Ewwww a good photo and a scary photo of impending doom (flood). You have a lot going on in this shot and you caught our attention. The high tide can be seen, the sand bags, the concern of the coast guards and a photo op for one of them. I like this in b/w rendition because colour would have distracted from the intensity of emotion. Technically sharp, nicely composed and full of story. Love it.
