Nice face and nice pose but the focal point is the end of her 'pony' tail. It makes the rest of the face softer but the eye is drawn away from the prime area which is the face.
This is a very nice catch however it is blurred and out of focus. When shooting portraiture it is imperative to have sharpness on the eyes, then all other sins are quickly forgiven.
I should have called it "the pony tail"
