lovely shot WD ! ...did you use long exposure to get that smooth effect on the waters' surface? ...would've scored higher if there were someone/thing about to actually CROSS the bridge!

Great shot. Love the smooth milky water that contrasts well with the details on the bridge which is a lovely warm colour.
Really nice shot and the use of slow shutterspeed makes this one
