There are many things to like about this unusual and out of the box post. First of all , I really like the tilt GOOD FOR YOU to do this and if anyone tells you to straighten the horizon line go tell them to eat their lens cap!
The image is , of course busy, but there is a story within that can be seen. That busy feeling adds to the excitement of a fair. Your dof usage has been artistically used to give us viewers that "witnessing" feel, like we are peering into a life happening. I like this very much and I hope it does well for you on this contest.
