Oh my goodness....I am 4 hours (by car) away from this town. I ought to drive up there to catch a performance. Yes, the blur is fine, showing movement and making the image exciting, yet somehow it appears scattered and has that touristy happy snappy "memory" photo.
Thank you Still26 - yes - a hurried shot out of my hotel room to see what all the noise was! No time for composition or speed etc adjustments - just point and shoot and hope something comes out!
