This is a snack food that comes wrapped and steamed in a leaf (not banana, sorry don't know the name of the leaf). It is a small package that mothers will give their children to take to school for a snack and consists of "cow pea", the red stuff is "chili sambol" which is chili pepper ground with coconut meat and then you have plain soft coconut meat.
