I really like the oil paint filter on the glass but I don't like what it has done to the black edges which frame the glass pieces. On the high res, those black flames look distorted, smudged and wobbly. You could fix it by selecting the black areas with the rectangular marquee tool and painting black into the selections. That should straighten out all the edges again.
Thank you, that is a good idea but I wanted the whole thing to be liquidy looking, a bit dreamlike. By the way, thanks to you, I used the lasso tool the other day and liked it better than quick select.
