this doesn't fit the theme

Why is taking a photo through aquarium glass, glass at a zoo on theme, but not through a bus window?

I think because you can see the glass windows. I don't necessarily agree that a lot of the entries are on theme either.

EDIT: you could have easily taken this photo without being through a window and we would not know the difference.

I think the description of the contest is confusing, really... The idea, I believe, is that things should appear to float... hence, the aquarium would be allowed because it is quite obvious that there is glass there... but, the confusion makes this a valid shot indeed!

this is perfect for the theme because you actually can't tell the monkey is behind glass or not.

Agrees with k5683. Only thing that says this was taken behind glass is because you say it is.

I think it is way off theme actually because you can tell it is glass very much so with the glare. "take a shot a glass which appears to be almost invisible"

It's probably a matter of opinion than anything but the way I rationalize it, you can se there's something on a glass window, the streaks of water coming from the hose that the boy is spraying but, in actuality, you don't see the window. You see through it. I hope this entry doesn't get removed because I feel it's more on theme than most I've seen.
