good that you see people at work and this is a good example,first thought would be to crop this and make a more verticall shot,but then looking at this a bit more it shows his work tools as well.
This is a greaat shot full of story through and through. If you have PS try painting out the reddish colour of the glass and keep everything else black. You cannot do that for this contest, it's just a suggestion for you to have fun with.

Isn't it interesting how art and beauty can be found all around us...BUT ...it takes the eyes of a photographic artists to capture it and show the rest of the world what they have missed. I have no constructive comments to give you on this image....LOVE IT.
thanks still for the good comments,yes its about keeping your eyes open for different things,think that's what sometimes sets photographers and artists aside,am always looking around for settings to take,even when I,m driving which can be a bit scary sometimes lol
