Not exactly sure what effect you were going for here but it looks a bit sloppy and i'm confused with the 2 blue lights and the yellow bar...

I was thinking the same thing, not necessarily sloppy but I just see a bright image.

Great, I was hoping to achieve the sloppy affect.Don't worry rrhall I'm confused too Actually I wasn't trying to achieve anyhthing with this shot except a nice photo of our city square at night. This is a bridge over a duck pond which is lit up at night. The bar to the left is a lamp whilst the blue light in front is a reflection in the water or maybe part of one of the blue lit fountains. Not sure about the blue across the front though, bit of a mystery there. Of course the bottle of wine I'd just enjoyed with dinner that night probably didn't help.

I love your honesty author....good effort considering the alcoholic circumstances......
