It's a petition for keeping the old square as it is. Cityhall had big plans for it, but the people don't like the plans and want to save it.
It's a couple of hundred years old.

The reason his feet is not on it, is time. By the time he almost finished his signature my camera was also almost ready to shoot. (startup... waiting...) By the time a started shootiing, i got this one. The other ones (with feet) where blurry, by me shaking to much. And then he walked away.. typical..
