Agree, though love the boots
boots are really beautiful ! but got to agree with them, too much of noise, maybe you can fix that with a denoise program, gl 
It doesn't look good with the boots cut off either. Why not just re-shoot it.

neat angle but the left bottom portion is just too bright--not enough contrast or something

I think this could be better quality. There's some pixelization going on that is really distracting. Try a slight Gaussian blur and contrast adjustment and it should improve it. Those are edits that you are allowed to make in the photography contests. GL!
