Not a problem here, I have seen almost identical photos win competitions a few month apart.
Apart from recognizing the model, would you actually remember who's photo it was?

I deleted my comments because after thinking about it, I don't want it to be an issue and then it get removed.

I can't remember the name of the author. And in any case, in my opinion if the shot is different, there should be no problem. Even the contests' topics get repeated sometimes even if with slight changes.
By the way: BEAUTIFUL shot author!
