In my city the Mayor has laid off half of the firefighters and police officers, since the layoff there has been 2 fires per week each on opposite sides of town at the same time. Coincidence...? (5 years and 3031 days ago)

No reason I suppose. Is there a reason I should?
You don't see the photo at it's best as shown here, a High Res, gives us a chance to really see how good or bad a photo is.
I tend to vote lower if there isn't a high res, feeling that the author doesn't really want us to see the 'full' picture.
