Very nice composition, but I would have cropped the right a bit more. The larger buildings on the left have more visual "weight," so the image seems a bit too heavy on that side.

Still a beautiful, crisp photo.

Author, all I wanted to say is that, even though there is nothing nice about skin afflictions, you've managed through photography to make this particular one look considerably good, and then again only IMHO, as it takes tons of photographic experience, also a keen eye for one to judge images of this kind.

I agree 100%, not at all an attractive photograph for sure. I was going for something you may see on a medical website or book to identify an ant bite.
