This is shooted using a Nikon SB-900 i rear sync mode and Wirelessly triggered with the built in flash.
I was moving the camera around quite fast.
5 sec @ Æ’/8 iso 400.
The flash was set to TTL. (5 years and 3278 days ago)

this must be from rescue training? Tree trimmer or lineman possibly?
Lineman rescue is correct. In the case a lineman is zapped, they have procedures how to Get him down safely. Looking at the dummy's foot, I'd guess not all the trips down were completely successful.
