the focus isn't really on a whole city--only a sculpture which doesn't really mean "city"
Are there any entries thus far that focus on a "Whole city"? Where this is located it is quite the famous landmark....it could be further argued that a photo of any single building, restaurant, or street is also not a "whole city" and therefor, all the entries thus far are off-topic according to your logic...
According to the contest guidelines happy: " It can be a road, a park or a bunch of houses or ANYTHING ELSE which represents your city."
