I love this, try to increase the contrast a little, that will really make it pop.

Thank you! I will try that right after my movie
ok I added contrast and lowered the mid-tones a bit. I like it better. Thank you!
Much better
I love HDR images, great job
Rust is a friend of HDR
Love this HDR version of discarded items - works very well with the rustic feeling and the lighting- great shot

As the wind blew quite hard at the time I try to capture the shot, I detach the leaf from the tree and lay it on the ground where the wind blew lesser, and after a couple of shot, composing and finding the angle, here is the result of the shot (5 years and 2975 days ago)

OMG! at first view I thought "what a tumor! Hi-res is better, good luck!
agree with enblanco, perhaps B/W was not the best choice.
ooops...! look like any tumour mass.....
Lol well nowhere did it say that the gum had to look like your typical cliched pink, chewy variety. I like the fact that it takes a closer look to figure this out. But hey that's just me...
I agree with the others. That was my first reaction as well.

This 6 foot long snake was in my yard just the other day. It took everything I had to keep my husband from killing him! (5 years and 3004 days ago)
I'm with your husband!
LOL! I think he was a pet that someone let go, I didn't crop this so you can tell how close I was to him and he wasn't at all aggressive. Also, it's not really obvious in this picture but he had a huge bulge in his belly because he just eaten something that was pretty large, I'd rather have a snake than a rodent!
Isn't that the rare "Golden Stripped Photographer Eater?"

Cool, but the title is brilliant.
I'm definitely glad we don't have these in our back yards around here!
Beautiful specimen, nice capture!
