I don't think you loose your votes but not positive on that. Try the forum. Definitely needs a slight horizon adjustment but other than that, great shot.

go to your contests, click on edit, and replace the image with the corrected one.

OK I fixed the horizon line... I think... lol can someone confirm or deny that its fixed now? I REALLY need to learn my Photoshop CS4 and soon!

It looks good now. The horizon is strait. Email me if you want some tips on PS. There are a couple tricks to make a level horizon without so much guesswork. However your comment about tilting my head made me smile : )
