A very solid entry with good lead lines that take us directly to the tower. You have desaturated this a bit and that is simply wonderful for it gives a bit of an antique feel. Your focus is dead on through all the planes of the image...foreground to background. You have composed it with an artistic eye and I like it a lot. The contrast is rich and this is a lovely image to study. Kudos author on a lovely photo!

Very nice.
For me though, because the focus is on the scope, that becomes your central subject and the window (theme) is the background. Also, the horizon seems tilted. As this may be due to perspective, a re-crop could minimize the effect.
