The (in)famous "Red Light Districts" in America were usually "on the wrong side of the tracks." They got that name because when the trains stopped for a little while, the brakemen would go to the houses of ill repute and leave their brake lanterns on the porch, lighting the area in red light. Another image where less is more. Nice and sharp - love the added detail of the water drops. The background details are suitably indistinct so do not detract from the frangipani bloom.
