Beautiful, wonderful portrait, love the light.
Thanks, I used a snoot on the 580EX flash at around 1/8 power. Just ran back and forwards on the timer to get the light/focus in the right spot

I use Canon gear and have found Syl Arenas book really very helpful

Really great lighting. I like the nostalgic feel to it, like an old school baseball player.
Thanks ctbugan - I love this baseball cap ... I can stuff all of my hair in it when I am riding horses or fishing and it keeps it out of my face lol
