Nice shot.. I see the streak now.. too bad... but not really that distracting. Looks like some glare at the top. That is a little distracting for me. Could crop that maybe? Also think about a polarizing filter next time. It takes some of the glare out.

I don't know what that means, I only used Windows Photo Gallery to crop and up the contrast. I didn't add anything. How would I fix the problem you are seeing?
